This is one idea for my finished bike! All black everything!
I bought this bike for $15 at a yard sale two years ago and I rode it everyday at college. Its sad to see it “go.” I do plan to reuse a lot of the old parts.
The first thing you do when you convert a ten speed to a fixed gear is tear off all the unnecessary parts like the gears, front and rear brakes, the wheels, and the de-railers. haha There really isn’t a lot left!

I found out about The Urbana Bike Project! A very low cost bike shop with experts and an incredible amount of tools! Seriously an amazing find. I’m starting to love Champaign Urbana more and more. Look at this stand
Draped plastic over entire bathroom and hung my bike up from the shower curtain rod. This is the primer!
